Terms and Conditions
Confirmation of Function Bookings
All Function Bookings must be confirmed in writing and include 20% deposit of the food bill. This is to be included with the reservation. You may fax, email or personally drop in your confirmation sheet. A minimum number of guests must be determined at this stage.
Number of Guests
Final number of guests is required one (1) week prior to the function. The confirmed number of guests will be regarded as the minimum number for catering purposes, and the account will be processed on these numbers.
Cancellation
In the event of a booking being cancelled the deposit will be retained by The Carringbush Hotel if less than three (3) weeks notice is given.
Loss or Damage to the Premises
The Booking party shall be deemed responsible for any loss or damage caused by the actions of Booking Party, or their guests to The Carringbush Hotel premises.
Payment
The balance of the Function account must be settled on the day of the function.
We accept all major credit cards and company cheques, by prior arrangement.
